CRM - Botched In IIS

In IIS under Sites, there is Microsoft Dynamics CRM listed. I accidentally had that site selected instead of another while right clicking - deploy - import package. So basically the CRM site has been wiped over. Nothing in the SQL or installation has been altered except for the IIS site. Can I quickly redeploy it somehow?
