Cannot Create Relationship

Hi I have this error:

The related entity has already been configured with a cascading or parental relationship. Select a different relationship type.

However I already deleted this previous relationship.

Any ideas why I have this error?

Did you publish all customisations after deleting the relationship?

    Hi Naza,

1.Please make sure you have deleted those custom relationship you have already created.

    2. Save and Publish all the customization.and then you will now able to create the new relationship.

If don't have deleted and published those existing relationship you will get the above error as you stated.

    Hi NaZa,

You need to make sure there aren't any other relationships that are configured that way. My guess is there's one there and you didn't see it.

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

     Aiden

If you look at the other entity you are relating to are you able to see any reference to the first entity in the relationships?

If there is existing parental or cascading relationship between two same entities and if you try to create another parental or cascading relationship on same entities then CRM will not allow to create.

Please make sure that  there will not be existing  parental or cascading relationship when you create another parental or cascading relationship.

    Thanks,

    Sam
