    Hello Nourhan,

What have you already tried doing?

Did you receive an error message that said that you cannot import department, report to and worker?

Would be great if you could share some additional information.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Good Morning Nourhan,

Please have a look at the following MS docs site about some basic information on positions: docs.microsoft.com/.../key-tasks-new-worker-positions

What might help you to get them imported via DIXF is the following discussion where somebody had a similar issue. Please see: community.dynamics.com/.../208216

Would be great if you could review those sites and let us know if they helped fixing your problem.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
