I created a new company in Test environment and I tested all configuration and now I have a question:

¿ Can I copy the database of new company to production environment ?
¿Can I´ll problem with Dynamics database ?

Yes, you would use the same instructions that you use to copy live to test.

basically create a new company with GP utilities, make a backup of your test and restore it into the new company and run the sql script on the new company.

If the account format is the same in both DYNAMICS system databases and the company is created, you should be able to copy it using Backup restore.
