HI Ian,
Yes, even if we could customize it to display less text,
but keeping both description text and link would help our customer understand better for our privacy notification bar.
Please feel free to ask any other question.

Clofly
If you had found any answer helped, please kindly mark as verified to close the thread, it would be really appreciated.
Ah, OK. That makes sense.
However, reading your solution what I have done is found the text that goes before the link and changed it to 'Click to see our ' which now makes sense when showing in the header of a marketing page because instead of reading Privacy PolicyPrivacy Policy, it now reads:
Click to see our Privacy Policy
Many thanks for your support with this.
Kind regards,
Ian
Hi Ian,
It seem that what you refer is menus in Settings > Advanced settings.
This would be a bit confusing, the real "Advanced settings" we want is in drop-down menu of gear button at top right.
When clicked the menu, legacy web setting center will be opened, and we could click caret at right of "Settings" to show "Customizations" menu:

Hi Clofly,
Really appreciate the reponse. Sadly, we don't seem to have the Advanced Settings > Customizations > Entities > Marketing page configuration > Business Rules
In Customizations the only two options are Views, and Business Process Flows
Kind regards,
Ian
Hi Ian,
We could remove the text with steps below:
1. Navigate to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Entities > Marketing page configuration > Business Rules
2. Deactiviate "Set banner required fields" rule.
3. Create a Marketing page configurations record in new Settings(in sitemap) > Marketing settings > Landing pages,
we'll find the Privacy banner text is no longer business required.(with other two privacy fields.)
So just add privacy link and URL, then set the new configuration as default.
(We could also edit the default existing configuration.)
(It may take some time to refresh data and cache, you could restart portal if setting not works immediately or wait for several minutes.
For me, I created a new configuration as default and a new marketing page record for test without restarting.)
Result:
