Marketing App email/landing page limits

Existing limits (email size less than 200 KB, and landing page size less than 65236 lines) is causing a lot of issues. It would be great to see some of these limits to be increased.

The landing page nb of line limitation should definitively be increased a lot. As soon as we do a nice looking landing page, it exceed the limitation :-(

I have done that already. Considering other email marketing tools such as SendGrid or MailChimp already provides email sizes much larger than Microsoft Marketing App, and cost a fraction of it is something to think about. We ended up using SendGrid several times because of issues with email size limitations of Marketing App. Marketing App costs a lot more than those others, but provides less value in this case. That is not a good selling point!

It's also true for the Marketing pges. Landing page today are much bigger than these 65k character. It's a real deal breaker to use D365 to handle Marketing emails and Marketing pages.

You can use Minify extension with Visual Studio Code, and that reduces the size. It worked for us.

Hi Hakki,

The limitation on Marketing Pages is 65,000 characters of text. And this is adjustable by going into Customize the System > Web Page Entity, Fields > adx_copy. Inside this field, they can adjust Maximum Length and click Publish all customizations.
