Where can i find Tax code update released on 11/6/2012 for GP 2010?

I am currently looking at article titled '2013 U.S. Payroll Tax Update for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010' on customer source and it says that we should install tax code update released on 11/6/2012 prior to performing Year End Update. This update was released between Round 6 and Round 7 update. When i go to downloads section on the page it just shows 2012 Round 7 and 2013 Round 1 tax updates for download.

They do have a link at the bottom to download previous releases but as soon as you click on that link, it takes me to article titled 'Previous Service Packs, Hotfixes and Compliance Update Releases for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010' and not to the tax code releases.

Are these tax code updates cumulative? Can installing 2012 Round 7 update also include the tax update that was a part of 11/6/2012 release? If not, where would i be able to find the 11/6/2012 release?

You can install Round 7 (it was a change to CA only) and you should be fine.
