workflow workitem not created for a custom workflow

Hi,
 
I created a new workflow using visual studio and developed all the necessary elements and enabled the workflow in the form.
now my workflow shown in the form, i am able to submit the workflow and the workflow status changed from draft to submitted.
now the issue the workitem is not created and the workflow is not sent to the approvals, i checked the batch services and I also checked the batch job is in executing status
 
 
 
if anyone knows help me

    Hi Partner,
    Which app are you using in Dynamics 365?
    After some searching, I found that it has something to do with AX.
    If so, you need post the question in the following forum for further help:

    Did you add the approval step in your workflow when you configured it? Can you share the workflow approval that you created?
