outlook for CRM 2011 discrepancy

I have installed Outlook for CRM 2011 on 2 different users machines.

On mine if I open a case form CRM and go to Add New Activity > Email the next window that opens up is an outlook email with my autosignature and everything as I would expect.

On the other user, if they do the same, when the email opens up it opens up as if its from CRM and not from Outlook, so has no autosignature and says MS CRM Dynamics at the top instead of Untitled message - HTML (like outlook should)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

sounds like you have set up your personal options that way.

on his, go to File > crm > set personal options.

on the first tab theres a section labeled "select which forms to use".

on yours, email will be unchecked.

on his, it will be checked .

checked = use CRM form, unchecked = use outlook form.

    HTH

    Regards,

    Mark
