While importing open sales price journal lines i am getting this error. Have checked, quantity symbol everything looks in order.
This comes very often if some data format is not correct, even though you see the data correct but the format of the data may be incorrect.
May be, you can export some data and do the format mapping from the same column and row, let see if this works.
Also, I assume you checked the duplicate aspect of the data as well.
