Hi Expert,

Have a short question:

One of Queue Item View --- item I'm working on, the filter is Worked By => Equals Current User.  Why is here using Worked By, not Worked On ?

Appreciated your response.

    Hi,

The reason why worked by field is used is when you pick queue item record to start working on, platform will set Worked by field to the user who picked the queue item.

Worked by field determines who is working on the queue item record whereas worked on field is a datetime field which only stores the Date on whichyou picked the queue item.
