Partially Applied Credit Memo in PM moved to history

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have an issue with a client that had a credit memo for 1147.26 and they applied 1113.70 and then moved the document to the PM30200 at the amount of 1147.26 but in the PM30300 table it is sitting at the 1113.70.  I have no idea how to get the remainder of the credit on that document that did not apply.  The credit does not appear in any other PM tables outside the PM3XXXX series the opand work tables contain no data for this.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated on this.

Thank you very much for the link, I may not have been clear here - the issue is not that I can't delete a partially applied Credit Memo, the credit is actually thinking it is fully applied when in reality it did not use 34.00 of the credit.  I think we can delete the ACH payment and reapply the credit to invoices and see if it will remain open for the remaining 34.00.  Just something I had not ever come up against before.  In this case GP “thinks” it is fully applied.

    Thanks
