good morning, I have a problem with a user login!, in the upper right does not show the user name, display the word "system", and when I go to any item of a navigation panel option, I see two errors different, see the attached images,

error1: El registro solicitado no se encontró o no dispone de permisos suficientes para mostrarlo.

error2: Intente esta acción de nuevo. Si el problema persiste, consulte la Comunidad Microsoft Dynamics CRM para obtener soluciones o póngase en contacto con el administrador de Microsoft Dynamics CRM de su organización. En última instancia, puede ponerse en contacto con el Soporte técnico de Microsoft.

Juan,

Yo creo que el usuario con el cual estas intentando acceder el sistema tiene una licencia que no es accesso total.

Abre el usuario y confirma que la licencia asignada al usuario es acceso total.
