Also check you have created the batch in the correct company, and that you created an sop batch type of batch. Also check you are trying to interact in eConnect with the same company as you created the batch in.
Can you see the batch in Transactions>>Sales Batches
I would expect the magnifying glass in Sales Batch Entry screen to show the batch as Empty or Available

check if user you are trying to create invoice with have enough permissions on the database resources or not

I already created the batch number in GP Console which i have given to eConnect .

There is an issue with the document batch that the order is being saved into.
What are you specifying as a batch to save the document into?
Have you already created the batch?
