Opportunity Associated View not working as in Legacy UI

Hi,

In legacy Ui there is some kind of Rollup Functionality for Opportunity Associated View.

So there is Opportunity A. Potential Customer is Contact B. Parent Account of Contact B is Account C.

I expect to see Opportunity A in Opportunity Associated View of Account C (Built in Rollup Functionality). Can you tell me why we cannot see the opportunities in Modern Ui? If I open the same account in legacy UI I can see the Opportunity.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Jessica,

I confirm this is a known gap between the legacy web client and Unified Interface.

We are looking at addressing it, so I would recommend that you keep an eye on the next Release Waves.

    Hi Henry,

thanks for the comment. Can you give me the approximate timeframe in which the gap will be closed?

    Regards Jessica

    Hi Jessica,

Changes impacting the User Interface are generally only shipped twice a year, when Release Waves go G.A. (Generally Available).

The current one (Release Wave 2 of 2019) goes G.A. this month (October 2019), and the next one will be Release Wave 1 of 2020, going G.A. in April 2020. These changes should be accessible in Early Access starting February 2020.

So I wouldn't expect anything before.

    Henry
