MR data mart configuration issue

I've faced below error when I try to configure MR datamart, which version is CU16.

Received the following exception when contacting the AX Metadata Service possibly due to expired token. Attempted to retry the operation 10 times with no success.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

    What AX2012 version do you use?

    Are your AX and MR version compatible?

    According to below link, blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../management-reporter-feature-and-version-number-summary(I hope this blog is reliable.)

    If the AX version is over than AX 2012 R2 CU1, it can be compatible with all of recent MR version.

    Our AX version build number is 6.2.1000.4051 and MR version which I'm trying is 2.12.16003.25.

    Is it not compatible version each other?

    The detail error log that I found in deployment event viewer is like below.

    Received the following exception when contacting the AX Metadata Service possibly due to expired token. Attempted to retry the operation 10 times with no success. An exception of type MetdataException has occurred while performing the operation. Action: tempuri.org/.../GetTableMetadataByNameMetadataFaultFault Fault code: Sender IsSenderFault: True IsReceiverFault: False Reason: An exception of type MetdataException has occurred while performing the operation.

    Please give any idea of it.
