Is it safe/okay to change the Admin account from Read/Write Full to Administrative? This is the account everything was installed and setup with. It would be nice to not take up a license with this account but I want to make sure I am not breaking anything by changing it. Thank you for your help with this.

It should be ok, but before you do it:

a) Ensure that at least one ofher fully-licensed user has the System Administrator role

b) Ensure that at least one ofher fully-licensed user belongs to the Deployment Aadministrators role (in Deployment Manager)

c) Ensure you have a good quality backup of your org_MSCRM and MSCRM_CONFIG databases (just in case).
