My customer enters sales orders that are un-allocated since they are a make to order firm with all lotted items (You MUST have the quantity on hand to allocate lotted items). All to often, they will allocate the wrong sales order. They reserve all the parts on hand to order 1 when they must ship order 2 immediately. There does not seem to be a way to un-allocate short of SQL manipulations of the sales order.
Am I missing Something? Does anyone know of a way to unallocate line items through the app? Is there a 3rd party product?
