Hello All,
My scenario is as below:
On creation of opportunity , I have to notify a group of users via email. Can anyone suggest me, do we have any OOB feature to achieve this?

Hi
1. Create a template email. Go to Setting -> Templates -> Email Templates; create an email that you want to send and save it.
2. Go to Settings -> Security -> Users
3. Select the users you want to send the email to by clicking on "Send Direct Email" from menu bar
4. Choose your email template you created and select "Selected records on current page" and click "Send"
Hope this helps.
Thanks for Reply Nisa, But i need to send email to all team members or group of of users.
whenever opportunity will created in D365, i need to notify to all team members via sending email.
CRM Out of the box does not have any feature to send email to every member of a team.
You can create your own Custom Code - Custom Workflow Activity or Plugin to do this or possibly even using flow.
But i think you could use the Workflow Tools as its free and its got loads of other useful features that you may need in the future

You can also use the following as well, your choice

Hi Tin,
You can not send mail to a Team , however you can send mail to the user or Queue . Using workflow you can send mail to the queue or set of users . Have a look below old thread-

I see everyone saying this feature doesn't exist, but there is a way to do it. If your email system can convert names into email addresses the way that Outlook does. Go to Manage Members of a Team and it will show you a list of everyone in the team. Use the mouse to highlight the names of all of the members and copy. Paste into Microsoft Word and remove the extra information so that you have a nice list of names. Then copy the list of names and paste them into the "to" section of the email, type your email and hit send.
Best working solution thus far. If your email directory recognizes the address, it works this way. I was able to gather 80 out of the 104 colleagues from our Team into email. The remaining addresses, I hovered next to there guest name and copied the email address when displayed. Rather tedious, but less time. Thanks!
