I made a journey for an event a couple of weeks ago. The journey is made in realtime marketing and the trigger is a event registration is created.
After this I made a branch with the related event. If the contact fits the criteria, an email is send with a Team Check-In link. After this e-mail I let the audience wait till 23 september, the date I want to send a reminder.
All this works perfect. However, I wanted to send a reminder mail (including a check-in link) to the who received this e-mail and are currently waiting in the journey. I wanted to edit the journey, and add the reminder mail. However, this will not effect the audience already in the journey. So I want to make a new journey. What are the steps to send the people a reminder mail with checkin Teams link. What is the trigger I have to use? Because when I make a journey with a segment, the email with check-in link can not be send, because the Teams Check-in link only works for a trigger based journey.
