Hi there, when i go into Charts of Accounts, and then go onto General Ledger Entries and i look at the invoices i can't find the attachment invoice in the 'Incoming Document Files' it just says "(There is nothing to show in this view)" Older invoices from a year ago show an attatcched invoice, but within the past year i ccant see any attatched invoice
Hi, I tested it, and the Incoming Document File can be displayed in General Ledger Entries normally.
You need to confirm whether your invoice is actually associated with the Incoming Document.

I think you need to start check internally if something around the handling of incoming invoices in your business have changed during the last year and try to follow what process the transactions that are missing documents have run through.
