Check List
1. List of Solutions to be Deployed (one of the solution will be security roles )
a. Order of solutions is important
2. Solution Checker runs and fixed
3. Deployment time or window shared.
a. Data migration
Pre-Deployment Steps
1. Manual meta data changes or record removal or anything for that matter.
2. Manual data upload to the CRM.
3. Dependent data import using excel.
Post Deployment steps
1. Bulk data manipulation jobs.
2. Switch off not required SDK and workflows. Enable only required flows, workflows or Sdk messages.
3. End to End Sanity Check by business scenario.
After production go live we have week period to check and fix the issues in production.
