Mismatch of currency in D365 BC and Dataverse problem

I tried to connect D365 BC with Dataverse default environment but as currency is changed in Croatia as of 1.1.2023. currency is mismatched. In D365 currency is EUR, in Power Platform the base currency is HRK. I got this error: Lcy code EUR does not match ISO currency code HRK of the Dataverse base currency.

i am aware that I can’t change the base currency in default environment in Dataverse. I am looking for the solution. To create new environment and make it default seems to me to be a bit complicated. We dont have any applications yet but I am afraid to start doing that because we have been using D365 BC, sharepoint online, onedrive etc…

Thanks for all help I will get.

I have the same question (0)

I do not think there is a work around for this. So you need to have your dataverse and BC enviornments operation on the same LCY.

So I am afraid you have to recrate your enviornment.

It is not an easy process. I already tried to replace default environment in Power Platform but I cant because Microsoft is asking for new capacity licences which I dont want to pay just for replacement of default environment So, I am stuck now.

Then I will recommend you contact your CSP Partner and have them open a supportcase with Microsoft on your behalf.

Maybe Microsoft can help you in a more easy way.

Hi, the only way I can think of is to change the base currency in BC. . .

Hope this can give you some hints.

    Thanks.
