Hello Community,
I have set up DocuSign integration with my Dynamics 365 instance to send out document for DocuSign from Dynamics.
However, when sending the document from Dynamics for DocuSign, I am not able to link or see the Dynamics 365 contact records appearing in the address book as the receipts - see sample screen shot below.
Does anyone know how I could use the Dynamics contacts as recipients of the DocuSign email invitation? Is there a setting somewhere I miss that I can enable the Dynamics contacts to be used as the recipients?
Any pointers would be appreciated.
