data migration from nav 5.0 to business central

Good day, 

is it possible to move data alone from nav 5.0 to business central. we are not looking to move any reports or forms etc. all we need is the data and then get the business central setup from the scratch. ( looking at gl entries, bank accounts, chart of accounts, vendors, fixed asset ) etc. any guidance is highly appreciated. Have looked at the data migration under company setup and am able to export the tables. confused now which form corresponds to the table number.

    Master data can be created in Business Central.

    If you want to have data also then you need to do the entire activity of upgradation.
