I am trying to migrate the bins for the warehouses in Dynamics GP 2013.
is there a healthy way to do so ? SQL ? or is it recommended manually ?

Addition to above suggestion, also have a look on the eConnect schema taIVTransferMultiBinInsert for Inventory transfer for multiple Bin.

In case you are familiar with integration and eConnect specifically, you may consider the schema <taIVMultibinBinToBinTransfer> Otherwise, do it manually on the screen making use of the Macro if possible.
