Multi-Select lookup field has differing values, causing flows to fail

Hi,

We have recently implemented a multi-select option set field on one of our tables and created a flow that uses data from the field.

However, the schema is differing across records and we can't seem to understand why.

From the image above, it can be seen that 'id' is sometimes referred to as '_id', and other times it is not. This makes it very difficult to parse the result using flows.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

is this a multiselect or Lookup?
Because Multiselect Optionset output will be looking like this.

We are not using multi-select option set, we are using a control on a single line of text field which allows a lookup to contain multiple records. It looks like this in Dynamics:
