Error when user Form Capture

Hi all,

I tried to use Form Captures in QuickDimension to submit an external form into our Lead database. Everything "seem" to work where I submit the form, Form Capture doesn't complain anything and redirects the user to the submission successful page. However, there was no Lead created and when I looked at QuickDimension Error Trace, I see this:

__Name: UnBounce Form Capture Test; Error: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: cdi_domain With Id = 2e938b74-0fca-e711-80f9-3863bb2ee2b8 Does Not Exist (Fault Detail is equal to Exception details: ErrorCode: 0x80040217

I did have a Domain configured, otherwise the submission wouldn't even go through. So I'm stumped. Please help!

Thanks. I'm reaching out to them. Something about duplicated domain records that I do not see on our end.
