Incorrect display of a character

Hello experts,

I am using the Power Apps Dataflow feature to import data from a .csv file into my Dynamics environment.
But now I noticed that many characters within a string are displayed incorrectly.

Examples of individual fields:
"text - text" becomes "text [?] text".
"text's" becomes "text[?]s"

[?] stands for a character which cannot be displayed here in the forum either:

Hi Daniel,

Please try to adjust the encoding settings for your .csv file.
