I have a client who runs the same report for each of their 30 plus companies each work day. This is a time consuming process to run these reports if nothing else that they have to switch companies.
I have tested the Scheduled Reports option in GP but it seems that this option will only work if the user is logged into the specific company. While Scheduled Reports will eliminate the need for them to actually run the reports, they will still have to log into each company to click the button to run the reports.
Is there something that I am missing with this product or a better solution (third party)?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

One user is running Check Registers for the Current Month from Payables. Other users are running Aged Trial Balances. I know that the Aged Trial Balance reports are available but I am not sure about Vendor Check Registers.
Hi David,
What type of reports is this client running ? maybe he should look into using one of the numerous SSRS reports that are available out-of-the-box for GP 2010 and cover most of the modules in GP ?...
This way the reports could be scheduled within SSRS and there would be no need to login in to GP to get the data... which could be even delivered by e-mail or on a network share as Excel files...
