3,914I am upgrading from Business Portal 3 to Business Portal 5. Sharepoint was already upgraded successfully to WSS 3 on new hardware.
The installation options I am selecting are HRM Self Service Suite (just Employee Pay and Employee Profile), Order Management, and Requisition Management. When I hit Next this is the error I receive:
The following selected items are not registered or are not installed in the back office: Electronic Document Delivery We are running EDD in Business Portal 3, but if this module was removed in version 5.0, why am I receiving this error? Is there something wrong with my registration keys? How can I get this error to go away so I can install? Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks! -Joe
