Dear All,

I have a demo for my client as he is in need of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales , And I had subscribed to Trail version of Microsoft Dynamics Sales.

And I had added some products , And I see below Collateral missing in my navigation.

I had also navigated to Personal Settings - > Insights and Conversation Intelligence . Unfortunetly I don't find any option in it. Can any one help me how can I get it.

Missing Collotratal

Hi,

I am also using the Sales trial version.

I can see the Collateral area in the Sales Hub app. On the contrary, the Collateral area is not visible in the Sales trial app. I am the global administrator.

You can also open the App Designer in Power Apps to see if Collateral exists. If it does not exist, you can manually add the Collateral.
