D365 Retail Posting

Posted on by
Dear Experts,

I am new to D365 Retail, but previous version of AX 2012 Retail I worked.

Now one of our employee enable the Trickle-feed. So we have few transactions which are not calculated and posted. Now when we try to calculate and post the missing unposted transaction we are getting blank and also getting error "No Shifts were marked in this statement".

Now how can I calculate the missing transactions.

I read note
Before you enable trickle feed–based posting, you must ensure that there are no calculated and unposted statements. Post all statements before you enable the feature. You can check for open statements in the Store financials workspace.

If the statement closing method for the store is set to 'Shift' instead of 'Date and Time', you must ensure that the transactions recorded in the corresponding shifts are closed before attempting to calculate or post the transactional posting statement.

Also make sure the following has been done before calculating / posting the statement

    1. Run the 'P-0001' job so the transactions will available in the HQ under store transactions form.
    2. Validate the store transactions in HQ before calculating / posting the statement.
