Dynamic GP 2013 installed successfully at Windows Server 2008 R2. Database auto created on SQL Server 2008 R2. Services are created and these are running.

Web service read-write data when it run from Visual Studio  but give an error message when it host on IIS 7.  Error message: "Insufficient authorization to perform this action"

Nothing done for Authentication which is mention on Chapter:8 of "WSInstallAdminGuide.pdf". This part is not clear to me.

Especially which is mention under "Registering the SPN":

If you have chosen to use Kerberos authentication, you must register the SPN (Service Principal Name) under the following circumstances:

  • Kerberos authentication mode is used.
  • The user under which the Microsoft Dynamics GP Service Host is running is a domain user. You must also include this fully-qualified domain name of this user in the <userPrincipalName> attribute for the configuration file of your web service application.

How and where enable or setup Kerberos authentication mode?

    Thank you Babu for replying.

I followed this link and did all the things whatever mentions there still I am getting error "Insufficient authorization to perform this action."

    Am I missing anything yet?

I would recommend opening a support case with SQL as they assist with Kerberos.
