Locking fields in multiple forms of the same entity

I am using business rules to lock Order fields based on certain events or changes in other fields in the same form. I found out that fields successfully locked in the Order form were not locked in the 'Information' form of the same entity although the business rule's scope is 'All Forms'.

What could be the cause of this? Is it because the fields used as trigger are not on the same form?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Mohamed,

For a business rule to fire, all its fields must be on the form.

As long as a field of the business rule is not on the form, the business rule will not be triggered on this form.

    So please check.

    Hi Mohamed,

The fields you use in business rules need to be located on form in order to run it properly. If you don't want to show some of the fields, that is ok to hide them on the form.

    Regards,

    Hello Mohamed,

In addition to Lu Hao and Erhan, Please check if there are any other JS or business rules are present on the Information form. They might be conflicting.
