Hi Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I have created 2 Enhanced SLA's against Case. Both have different applicable when criteria to start the SLA. None are set to be the default SLA and both are Active.
Issue I am having is that none are working when set to above.
If I do set one as the default than that one works but the other does not. So they both work independently but not together.
Can someone advise what I am doing wrong?
