CRM for Outlook keeps logging a user out

Hi,

We have a user who logs onto the Terminal server and uses CRM 2011 through Outlook like the rest of users but the only difference is he keeps on getting logged off every few minutes. Any ideas on what the issue could be? Thanks

    Is it CRM that is logging out and they can still navigate in Outlook or is it also Outlook?

    Was this question ever answered satisfactorily? I am experiencing the same annoying problem where I get logged out from the CRM Outlook client every couple of minutes (sometimes even more often) while I never get kicked out of CRM in the web client. I am running Win7 on a MacbookAir if that helps.

    I hope somebody can answer this question as it is driving me nutso!

    Many times that I see this, it is related to some type of antivirus clearing the authentication cookies or temporary internet files and causes this to reauthenticate. You can run a Process Monitor trace to try and track this down. Otherwise, I would recommend creating a support case to investigate further.

    to see if it fixes it.

    does that user have two user accounts in CRM , i remember one case like that a user had crm account and for some reason another user account created in CRM and he had lot of problems with outlook and crm.

    like cannot set regards so on...
