
Since installing CRM for Outlook on my Windows XP sp2 machine with Office 2003 SP3, I can no longer use "Send To Mail Recipient (as Attachment)" within word.
I open a document and go to File --> Send To --> Mail Recipient (as Attachment). Word then closes down without creating an email. The only evidence of this happening is in Event Viewer (see below)
I understand this may appear to be unrelated to CRM however, uninstalling the Outlook client fixes the problem. The problem then returns when I reinstall the Outlook client.

I have the same question (0)After many hours of searching the Interweb, I think I may of found a solution.
Applying update (KB907417) has resolved my issue.
