Timeline bookmarks

We recently moved from CRM 2016 to Dynamics CRM. For some reason, the ability to create bookmarks on timelines is only available to someone with a system administrator security role. I don't understand why this (very nice) feature would only be available to system administrators. Will this feature make it's way over to regular users?

    @Tom_Gioielli please disregard my last statement, it must have been a timing issue. Your reply did fix the problem - THANK YOU!!!!

    @Tom_Gioielli - I enabled that control and the bookmark option still does not show up for my user. I published the changes and I'm using an incognito browser for testing. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Check out the below post. There is a security permission that must be enabled for the security roles given to users.
