Hi,
You’ve got the basics set up correctly — connecting the LinkedIn account under Advanced settings > LinkedIn Lead Gen > User profiles and enabling sync is the right first step.
A couple of things to be aware of:
Profiles / Mapping: For the leads to actually flow into Dynamics, the LinkedIn connector needs to map the form submissions to your Dataverse entities (usually Leads or Contacts). That means you’ll want to double-check your field mappings so new submissions have a place to land.
Security roles: Make sure the LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Administrator or Salesperson roles are assigned. Without those, the connector can be authorized but still won’t push data into CI-Journeys.
Deprecation note: Microsoft has started deprecating LinkedIn lead gen integration in Outbound Marketing, and in Real-time Journeys the feature is limited. The official docs call out that while the connector is still visible, it’s no longer being enhanced and may not fully support all real-time scenarios.
If everything is authorized and sync is showing as “active,” you don’t need to flip any other switches. Leads should appear once a form submission comes through, as long as you’ve got the mappings and roles set up. If you don’t see records coming in, it’s usually down to either missing mappings or the fact that the feature is in transition.
