We have a client that uses Graham Billing Software for the medical billing. Graham has recently been acquired and the new company charges significantly more for their version of medical billing software. My client is looking for alternative medical billing software. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Here is a list of functions they currently use.

Right now we primarily do billing for OPWDD HCBS Waiver services:

1) IRA

2) Respite (Hourly and Free Standing)

3) MSC

4) SEMP

5) Day Habilitation

6) Community Habilitation

7) Pre Vocational

8) CSS

We also bill using Graham Software for some DoH services (this list will probably expand in the future to other DoH services with the OPWDD movement to managed care)

1) TBI Service Coordination

2) Nursing Home Transition & Diversion
