Hello All,

How do we setup manager's override in store commerce POS for the line discount % above a certain value let's say 10%.

I want cashier to be able to giev line discount % upto 10% but for anything above, it should trigger manager override.

1. In Functionality profile, the users have Maximum discount percentage as 10%

2. In POS operations, I've setup manager's override, but this doesn't work as per my requirement.

Manager's override above a certain line discount percentage

This is not possible out of the box. When you set permission ID 1002, it will trigger the override without validating the allowed discount set at the permission group level.
