Hi,
Two sales opportunities in our system have disappeared. We still saved the ObjectID in links, but the data records can no longer be found in the system.I want to check whether there are log settings from which it can be read which user has possibly deleted data.
Could I get some help...
Yes if you have auditing enabled on the entity?
Regards
Paul
Unfortunately not,
maybe there is another way?
If you have the ObjectID possibly Microsoft could help you? Create a case with them at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
Apologies upfront, in case this is an obvious answer.
Could the status of the opportunities be set to inactive and you are looking at the active opportunities view?
2 suggestions.
1 used advanced find to find your opportunities, ensuring the advanced find is not filtering the results by state or status,
2 If object id is the primary key of the opportunities then you could use the web api to find them. Eg https://[DOMAIN].crm[X].dynamics.com/api/data/v9.1/opportunities(00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001).
