Hi guys,

please help me with this problem who drive me crazy.

In the section "Management information products " - "Released product" the form show like the image bellow.

Only the "General" section shows correctly, other section not showing the fields. And looks quite strange.

I am the system administrator, with full privileges.

The problem occurs time to times, sometimes it looks correctly. After editing some products the problems occurs again.

I have deleted all the usage data. The problem persist.

I use Ms Dynamics AX 2012 - what could be the problem ? how can I solve it ?

Thanks,

You cannot paste images in the edit box directly. Save it as a file, then you can attach the image file to the post.

Do you have customizations on your EcoResProductDetailsExtended form, or the underlying tables? Most likely those are causing the problems, and you need to investigate it with an AX developer.

    Ok,

I have saved the image as a file,

    hope it is ok.

Yes there are 4 textbox inserted on the form in Design section. But on other user profile the problem does not occur.

The small black triangle indicates that those fast tabs have been expanded and the values within the tab should show up.

The fields inside are coming from data groups on the tables involved (InventTable, InventTableModule, etc.). Either your form is edited or getting modified run-time which causes the field groups to be empty/removed, or the field groups on the tables have been edited and they do not have the fields.

Either case you would need to consult with your AX developers or implementation partner to check the code and AOT object modifications in your system, to get to the bottom of this issue.

One additional tip crossed my mind, which is since this problem only comes for specific users, then your issue might be related to using an incorrect client version. Please verify the Ax32.exe executable's version in the Right click > Properties > Details dialog, and compare it against your AX AOS executable Ax32serv.exe. The versions numbers should match, otherwise there will be weird issues due to the changes in the communication protocol between the client and server.
