Issue accessing Lifecycle Services

Hi All,

I am having trouble accessing Lifecycle Services and getting "Access to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle services requires that you associate your Windows Live ID with a Microsoft Dynamics profile" error message.

I have a Partner Source account and my understanding I should be able to access LCS as well.

Can anyone help to point me on what else need to be done?

    Hi Ivan,

    With a Partnersource account, you should be able to use LCS. The best thing you can do is find a support email address from your area on LCS or partnersource and sent them a mail with your problem. On the community we can't help you.

    Please check with your company Administrator to invite you to join the Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle services using Windows Live ID.

    Then you will get an invitation on your Windows Live ID email

    you need to click a link in the mail to join the LCS

    Please check your email if your administator has given you the access

    Please verify and update us with your findings

    I have dropped an email to MBS and asked me to log a technical support request through PartnerSource.

    Hi Ivan,

    I am facing the same issue. I have a Partner Source account , however not able to access LCS with the same.

    It would be great if you share your experience and let me know if the technical support has been able to get it resolved for you.

    Hi Arjita,

    I dropped and email to 'itmbssup@microsoft.com'  but they advise to open a new technical support to Partner Source mbs.microsoft.com/.../support instead.

    I personally haven't logged the new technical support to resolve the LCS access issue.
