Hi

I have just one User getting the same repetitive error when trying to send an email. As soon as she selects send she gets this error ''Error An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.''. She has had this error 17 times today alone - which you can imagine is very frustrating! Has anyone got any ideas as to what the issue would be?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Amber,

    Make sure the User is approved to send email.  navigate to Settings > Security > Users.  Open the user record.  Click "Approve Email".  Also open user's Mailbox record and make sure it's enabled and tested.

    Thanks Nadeeja! The test and enable Mailbox seems to have done the trick - so far so good!!

    I had this similar problem today with another user.  She was unable to send emails from the CRM using IE.  We tried from Chrome and she could send.  We found the problem to be the user had turned on 'Active X Filtering' from the IE Tools menu.  Disabling this allowed her to send again using IE.   Even though your issue was resolved, I wanted to add check for future users.
