Inventory transaction does not have Receipt status when did PO Product Receipt

Hi Friends,

                When I did PO Product Receipt, almost lines were OK but there was 1 line had not Receipt Status in Inventory Transaction.

                It has not been financial yet.

                Anyone faced same issue please help me ?

    Hi,

    Can you try to navigate to the orign of this transaction?

    Is this just a created and reserved line for which no packing slip has been recorded.

    Would be great if you could provide some additional information.

    It Looks strange without Issue/Receipt!!

    You can however try to post receipt for this line again, with the entire quantity. It should create a receipt Transaction.

    But as to this empty (Issue/Receipt) line, I am not sure, what / who caused this. That is for you to dig in the background

    Hi Ludwig Reinhard,

    It is posting product receipt.

    It is not reversal.

    I tried to cancel this Product Receipt but it raised error "Quantity -180.00 cannot be returned because items have already been returned or marked as open transactions" even on-hand still has 5826.

    Do you know any MS hotfix for this issue ?.

    Is this the only transaction that has this issue?

    Can you replicate this somehow in a different demo/test environment?

    Hi Ludwig Reinhard,

    It is only one line in a Product Receipt has this issue.

    The remain lines still have "Received" status

    I could not reproduce the issue on Demo Env so I have not known the reason why the error happen.

    Hello Peter,

    If this is the only transaction that has this issue and if you cannot replicate then I doubt that there might be a fix available from MS for this.

    I would rather recommend that you get into contact with a developer and decide/discuss how to resolve the problem, as I do not see a possibility how to do this from the webclient.
