Privilege/ Permission for tax exempt number of vendor

Hi Experts,
I need to create a Privilege that hide the tax exempt number of vendor, but I can't find out which table or entity should be use in this case.
 
I had tried the /VendTable/ but can't find the field that hold the /tax exempt number/ info. I guest it should be on the other table/entity.

    Field name Is 'VATNum' and its available in VendTable itself.

    You can right click on field > Form information
