Hello,
I thought that if I run the N-1010 Job to copy the Customers in a Shop that all Customers would be replicated in the Shop. In other words I thought that if I run the N-1010 job all entries in the CustTable from HQ will be mapped (1 to 1) in the CustTable in the POSDB.
Apparently this is not the case since I am missing about 0.1% of the data.
Do I have to put the Customers in some sort of Address Book or something?

customer's should be part of Store address book mentioned for given store.
Customer-->Party -->DirAddressBookParty-->AddressBook--->RetailStoreAddressBook-->RetailStore
If this link breaks any where that customer wont be sinked to that store
