Touchscreen disappears randomly

I am running RMS 2.0 and have been having issues with the touchscreen part dissapering.  I am loged in as an admin account.  If i remote into the computer using LOGMEIN the touchscreen part comes back and works just fine for another day or more(random on how long before it does it again) i can also go into ctr-f6 and set it back up again but i dont want to do that.  Any ideas?
